Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a personal injury lawyer?

If you are considering filing an injury claim, a personal injury attorney can make a significant difference in the outcome. Oftentimes, plaintiffs who hire an accident lawyer receive higher settlements than people who represent themselves. Our trial lawyers have the knowledge and experience to handle negotiations on your behalf.

How much does a Pennsylvanian, Delaware, and New Jersey injury attorney charge?

At DiLeonardo Law, our New Jersey personal injury lawyers handle all cases on a contingency fee basis. This means we never charge any fees unless we secure compensation on our client’s behalf – so there are no out-of-pocket fees for you when we take a case.

How long does a personal injury case take?

Every personal injury case is different, some can settle very quickly while others may take years to complete. This often depends on the defendant you are dealing with. If a company is not dealing fairly with you, taking them to trial may be the only way for you to secure just compensation for the harm you have suffered. DiLeonardo Law will be there every step of the way to help you.
